Acever Electronics (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd designs, manufactures and exports a range of personal electronics, including power banks and cases, solar chargers, emergency chargers and portable powers for digital cameras, MP3 and MP4 players, and various accessories for the iPhone series, and other mobile phones.
We boast a strong production capability. We have an auxiliary factory in the city of Shenzhen, Guangdong province devoted to molding. This enables Acever to finish buyer-specified molds within 35 days. Additionally, the plant houses 20 sets of 40-ton, two-tone plastic-injection machines from Germany.
We also have facilities for PCB assembly, and conducts general assembly in-house. We leverage on a solid design team as well. In charge of product development are artists and engineers with years of experience in the electronics industry. This results in the release of models with enhanced appearance and features.
Acever likewise puts premium on quality. To ensure products meet clients' standards, we source materials and components exclusively from reliable providers, many of which are ISO-certified.
Further, we implement detailed spot checks and testing. All models from us comply with CE, RoHS and FCC requirements. Accessories for the iPhone series, meanwhile, pass Apple's OTA tests as well. For iPhone and iPad chargers, we boast six assembly lines each equipped with an iPhone 4 cellphone and an iPad, which are utilized for monitoring product performance. Some models from us have a license to access Apple's Mfi program.
